Join our team as a Valve Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, machining, welding, and repair work on valves in a dynamic field and shop environment!

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, manual machining, welding, troubleshooting, and repair on valves
Travel to customer sites and service centers for field service (1-4 weeks at a time on a rotational schedule)
Maintain quality and safety standards during all tasks
Keep accurate records and maintain equipment and supplies
Adapt to changing environments and tasks with a sense of urgency

Job Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude (Required)
Ability to read a tape measure (Required)
Willingness to travel 1-4 weeks at a time with short notice (2-3 days, often more) (Required)
Strong family support for overtime and travel demands (Required)
Commitment to safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude (Required)
Adaptability to constantly changing environments and tasks (Required)
Valid driver’s license (preferred, but will consider candidates obtaining one soon) (Required)
Comfort working at heights up to 125 feet (occasionally) (Required)
Ability to work in extreme heat and cold conditions (Required)
Sense of urgency in task completion (Required)
Ability to collaborate with shop and field service teams (Required)
Weekend availability (Required)

Background check: No felons
Drug test: Required

Hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (30-minute lunch, two 15-minute breaks, overtime as required)
