Join our team as a Structure Welder and produce high-quality welds for air cooled heat exchangers, ensuring precision and durability!

Responsibilities:
Perform precise and durable welds on air cooled heat exchangers using MIG pulse techniques
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications
Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse settings
Weld sheet metal, I-beams, square tubing, and channels
Operate manlifts and cranes for material handling and positioning
Occasionally weld from ladders as needed
Ensure welds meet customer and industry standards

Job Requirements:
Experience welding with MIG pulse (Required)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (Required)
Proficiency in operating manlifts and cranes (Required)
Skill in setting up and operating welding machines with specified settings (Required)
At least 1 year of welding experience (Required; air cooled heat exchanger experience preferred for pay increase)
Ability to weld sheet metal, I-beams, square tubing, and channels (Required)
Comfortable occasionally welding from a ladder (Required)

Hours:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (includes paid 30-minute lunch break)
