Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team. In this role, you will:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
Assist with packing parts for shipment.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must:
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Pack parts for shipping efficiently and accurately.
Have mechanical aptitude (preferred, with potential for cross-training on press operations).
Have previous shop or press experience (preferred).
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and customer service.
Have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Hours:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Overtime: Some shifts may extend up to 12 hours, with varying start times based on furnace schedules, potentially ending in early morning hours.
