Join our team as a Shear Operator to work with precision cutting equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment!

Responsibilities:
Operate shear machinery to cut materials to specified dimensions
Use overhead cranes and forklifts to handle materials safely
Measure materials accurately to ensure quality cuts
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Job Requirements:
Experience operating an overhead crane and forklift (Required)
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch (Required)

Hours:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Post-training: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
