• The Receptionist & Purchasing Assistant creates a welcoming office environment while also supporting procurement operations.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in reception, purchasing, or administrative role (MUST)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MUST)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized (MUST)
• Friendly demeanor with customer-service mindset (MUST)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (PLUS)
• Able to use typical office equipment (MUST)

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
