Responsibilities:
Operate metalworking equipment to produce precision components
Ensure machines run smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to maintain efficient production
Perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Participate in cross-training to support various shop functions

Job Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude (Required)
Experience operating an overhead crane and forklift (Preferred; company will certify and train)
Willingness to work flexible hours and shift to second shift if needed (Required)
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” (Required)
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols (Required)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (Required)
Teamwork and effective collaboration with coworkers and supervisors (Required)
Punctuality and dependability (Required)
Own reliable transportation (Required)
Willingness to be cross-trained (Required)

Drug test: Required

Hours:
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (flexible, may change based on needs)
