Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Press Operator to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will:
Operate press equipment to produce powdered metal parts.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must:
Have shop or manufacturing experience (required).
Work effectively both independently and in a team environment (required).
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds (required).
Utilize measuring equipment such as gauge pins, calipers, and micrometers (required).
Possess mechanical aptitude, with a background in HVAC, auto mechanics, or electrical work applicable to the role.
Be hands-on, willing to get dirty, fix equipment when necessary, and perform repetitive tasks on the press.
Have a high school degree or GED.
Understand common dimensional references (fractional and decimal).
Read part prints and understand dimensions and tolerances required on part prints.
Have a basic understanding of equipment and common maintenance procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
No prior experience in furnace or press operation required.
Have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Hours:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (shift may vary).
Overtime: Some shifts may extend up to 12 hours, with varying start times based on furnace schedules, potentially ending in early morning hours.
