Join our manufacturing team as a skilled Electrostatic Powder Coater and deliver high-quality finishes to metal surfaces!

Responsibilities:
Operate automatic booth and hand-held powder coating gun for electrostatic application
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and priming
Ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing coatings that meet industry standards
Read and interpret technical specifications for accurate application

Job Requirements:
Experience with electrostatic powder coating (Required)
Operation of automatic booths (Preferred)
Knowledge of powder types, curing processes, and surface preparation techniques (Required)
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications (Required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control (Required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Required)
Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials (Required)
Certification in powder coating or industrial finishing (Preferred)

Background & Drug Test:
No Felonies
Drug Test Required

Hours:
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM until finished
Some Saturdays as needed
