Join our team as a Machinist and fabricate precision metallic and non-metallic parts using advanced CNC and conventional machines!

Responsibilities:
Perform 3-4 setups per shift on small quantity orders
Operate conventional, special purpose, CNC, and Numerical Control (NC) machines and machining centers
Fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts to exact specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions to visualize products and determine required materials and machines
Select appropriate raw materials to ensure precision and quality
Edit CNC programs to manufacture parts that meet drawing dimensions and tolerances
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances using precise measuring instruments such as dial indicators, gauge blocks, thickness gauges, and micrometers

Job Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions to determine materials and machines (Required)
Experience selecting raw materials for precision and quality (Required)
Experience with CNC mill (Required) or mill and lathe (Preferred)
bility to edit CNC programs for accurate part manufacturing (Required)
Proficiency in verifying dimensions with measuring instruments (dial indicators, gauge blocks, thickness gauges, micrometers) (Required)
Basic computer skills to navigate business systems (Required)
Competence in arithmetic (Required)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (Required)
Effective problem-solving skills for equipment operation and product processing (Required)
Minimum 2 years with the same company within the last 3 years (Required)
At least one job held for 5 years at some point (Required)
