Job Description:

Oversee and perform powder coating tasks to maintain high-quality standards.

Operate and manage equipment such as batch ovens, batch powder booths, and Nordson rigs.

Job Requirements:

Experience with batch ovens, batch powder booths, and Nordson rigs.

Familiarity with powder coating techniques (an existing team is available for training support).

Ability to work comfortably in a climate-controlled environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
