Join our team as a Kitter in the Machine Shop, preparing and delivering materials with precision in a climate-controlled environment!

Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver materials according to lot cards, drawings, and work orders
Accurately identify and issue material types in the ERP system for machine shop jobs
Maintain accurate inventory and organize materials
Operate forklifts and band saws to support kitting operations
Perform quality checks using tape measures, linear calipers, and other inspection tools

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years with the same company within the last 3 years (Required)
Ability to read and comprehend work orders (Required)
Experience performing transactions in a barcode/scanner computer system (Required)
Experience pulling orders for shipment (Required)
Demonstrated accuracy in picking and selecting required materials (Required)
Ability to operate a forklift (Required)
Ability to operate a band saw (Required)
Proficiency in reading a tape measure, linear calipers, and other inspection tools (Required)
1 year of experience running CNC machines (no setup experience required) or willingness to learn (Preferred)
Basic computer skills (Required)
Ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills (Required)
Punctuality and great attitude (Required)

Drug test: Required

Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
