Job Description Seeking a skilled Header Welder to join our team, specializing in welding header sections of air-cooled heat exchangers. This role requires precise fitment, welding techniques, and adherence to blueprints and strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG and Flux Core welding, including root fill and cap welding.

Fit and weld components like couplings, pipes, and flanges onto round cylinders.

Weld out round seams and interpret blueprints accurately.

Complete pipe and plate tests, including MIG root and Flux Core fill and cap.

Requirements

Experience as a code welder with attention to detail.

Adherence to safety protocols in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (no violent/sexual offenses).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (includes a paid 30-minute lunch).
