Coordinate shipments and track inventory to ensure efficient operations
Resolve transportation issues to maintain supply chain flow
Communicate with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Process documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
Background in customer service (Required)
Background in logistics or transportation (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required) and logistics software (Preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes (Required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Required)
Knowledge of trucking regulations (Preferred)
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
